Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At ShowPay, we strive to ensure that all transactions are completed seamlessly. Given the nature of digital assets and cryptocurrencies, certain conditions apply to refunds and cancellations.

2. Cancellations

Once a transaction has been initiated and the USDT has been sent, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. Please verify all details before confirming a transaction.

3. Refunds

Refunds may only be issued in the event of a system error on our end where your INR payout could not be processed after we successfully received your USDT. In such cases, the equivalent USDT will be returned to your wallet address, deducting any applicable network fees.

4. Processing Time

Eligible refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days. Network congestion may affect the time it takes for refunded assets to reflect in your wallet.
